The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biggs throws the kick towards the body but Osman avoids it.
Biggs misses the shot to the body.
Biggs throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A shot to the liver by Biggs. Beautiful body shot.
Osman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Osman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Biggs lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Osman circles away quickly and effectively.
Osman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Biggs as he avoids it easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Osman.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wee Lee Osman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Osman shoots for a takedown but Biggs saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Biggs scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Wee Lee Osman has been cut.
Biggs looks to land a combination. Osman sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Osman slips a jab and a cross from Biggs.
Biggs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Osman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Biggs is fending him off so far but Osman persists. Nope, Biggs circles away and we're back to standing.
Osman goes for a double leg but Biggs avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Biggs continues to drive forward.

Biggs scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
No joy there for Biggs, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Biggs counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Biggs keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Osman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
We've been told by Osman's head coaches at whitey's gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Osman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Biggs pinned against the cage. Biggs gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Biggs has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.

Osman darts in looking for a takedown but Biggs gets double underhooks and turns Osman into the cage.
Osman has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Osman there as he acknowledges the shot.

Biggs lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Wee Lee Osman's cut is getting worse.
Osman misses with a takedown attempt - Biggs sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Wee Lee Osman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Biggs slaps away a takedown attempt from Osman, before circling back to the center of the mat.
