Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Armstrong (ranked 1237 p4p, 2430 weight class) and Bagel Boss (ranked 157 p4p, 300 weight class). Bagel Boss has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boss tries to close the distance and clinch up but Armstrong swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Armstrong has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Panda Sprawl n Brawl in the buildup to the fight.
Boss shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Armstrong defends it nicely.
Boss fails with the takedown
and Armstrong counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Boss slips under a jab.
Armstrong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boss moves away.
Boss throws a wild body kick that Armstrong sees coming a mile off.
Boss shoots for a takedown but Armstrong saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Tim Armstrong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bagel Boss.

Boss gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Armstrong manages to break the clinch.
Boss scores with a hook to the body. Armstrong takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Armstrong swings for the body but Boss moves out of range.
Armstrong connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boss. Boss circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Boss misses with a head kick.
Boss stalks Armstrong and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Armstrong's face. Armstrong staggers backwards, shaken.

That was a close round but I would say that Tim Armstrong will probably get the nod.

Horrible takedown attempt by Boss or perhaps it was just good defense by Armstrong, which made it look bad.
Boss fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Boss tries to score a power double leg takedown but Armstrong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Boss somewhat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Armstrong is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Boss!
