Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Lawrence (ranked 559 p4p, 911 weight class) and Roy Roach (ranked 79 p4p, 118 weight class). Lawrence comes to the cage accompanied by No Surrender. Roach comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jump Around, House of Pain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawrence connects with a jab.
Roach punishes Lawrence's body with a nice straight punch.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lawrence.

Lawrence shoots in and gets a takedown into Roach's guard.
Roach has his hands on Lawrence's head, controlling the position.

Lawrence throws a hook to the side of Roach's head but Roach sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

As Lawrence backs off Roach throws a huge counter combo but Lawrence manages to avoid it all.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lawrence closes the distance and clinches up with Roach, looking for a takedown. Lawrence pushes Roach against the cage but Roach circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Roach throws a lazy right hand but Lawrence sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lawrence drops down looking for a counter takedown but Roach sprawls and moves away.
