Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean McNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McNamara comes to the cage accompanied by Massive Attack - Teardrop (House M.D.). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
McNamara wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silva has him pressed against the cage.

McNamara's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nice sprawl there from McNamara as Silva shoots in.

Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McNamara looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McNamara is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sean McNamara.
