The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cubbedge throws a head kick but Adams moves out of range.
Adams looks to score with a jab to the body but Cubbedge is just out of range.
Cubbedge tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Adams manages to circle out of the way.

Cubbedge fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Adams manages to avoid it.
Britt Cubbedge is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cubbedge throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Adams.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Cubbedge works Adams's body with a nice hook.
Adams closes the distance and catches Cubbedge with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Cubbedge is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Cubbedge is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Cubbedge is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Adams takes it!
