The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mulder throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Clinton tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mulder is in Clinton's guard.

I've been told that Clinton has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

Clinton goes for a double leg but Mulder avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mulder continues to drive forward.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Clinton is defended easily by Mulder.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Niek Mulder opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
