The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gadzhimagomedov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A little jabbing left from Black Out on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Black Out blocks a head kick by Gadzhimagomedov.
Gadzhimagomedov scores with a spinning back kick!

Black Out changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gadzhimagomedov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Gadzhimagomedov's face as Black Out controls the position.
Gadzhimagomedov is looking to reverse the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Black Out tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Black Out has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Gadzhimagomedov is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Black Out is working to tighten his grip on Gadzhimagomedov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gadzhimagomedov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Black Out is really squeezing tight and eventually Gadzhimagomedov passes out! Black Out breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
