Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucio Francisco Carmo (ranked 1613 p4p, 72 weight class) and Sepi Pulkkinen (ranked 1730 p4p, 75 weight class). Carmo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rolling Stones - Paint it, Black. Lucio Francisco Carmo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucio Francisco Carmo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sepi Pulkkinen! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy left from Pulkkinen finds it's target. Carmo moves away from the strike by Pulkkinen. Pulkkinen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Carmo sees it coming and avoids it easily. Carmo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Pulkkinen looks to land a left hand but Carmo moved out of range nicely. Carmo shoots in for a takedown but Pulkkinen shows good takedown defense. Pulkkinen misses with a hook. Carmo ducked under it nicely. Carmo misses with an uppercut
enabling Pulkkinen to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Lucio Francisco Carmo has been cut. A nice leg kick from Pulkkinen, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pulkkinen clobbers Carmo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Pulkkinen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Carmo feinted with a counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carmo throws a series of punches but Pulkkinen moves out of range. Pulkkinen now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Pulkkinen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Carmo. Pulkkinen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Carmo. That did some damage! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pulkkinen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Carmo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carmo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. A low kick from Pulkkinen is predictable there and Carmo counters with a takedown into side control. Carmo is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Pulkkinen's shoulder. That is not cool. Pulkkinen gets back to half guard. Pulkkinen is not content to let Carmo control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carmo seems to be working for a kimura but Pulkkinen defends the submission attempt. Pulkkinen desperately trying to maintain half guard. Carmo keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pulkkinen blocking the ground and pound attempt from Carmo. Pulkkinen trying to hold on to Carmo's head to control him but Carmo postures up.
Carmo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Pulkkinen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pulkkinen. Pulkkinen is controlling Carmo's posture. Carmo advances to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carmo passes to side control. Carmo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Carmo in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Pulkkinen tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Carmo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Pulkkinen holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Pulkkinen is looking for a sweep. Carmo is looking to take a break and control but Pulkkinen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pulkkinen managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Carmo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carmo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Carmo has let go of the choke. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Sepi Pulkkinen will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Lucio Francisco Carmo's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Sepi Pulkkinen seems to be getting the better of the standup. Pulkkinen looks to throw the jab but Carmo is out of range. Carmo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. A solid body kick from Pulkkinen. Carmo misses with a lunging right hand
and Pulkkinen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Carmo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pulkkinen throws a series of punches but Carmo avoids them all with ease. Carmo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Pulkkinen sprawls and moves away. Pulkkinen slips a jab from Carmo. Pulkkinen appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pulkkinen fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Pulkkinen is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Carmo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pulkkinen was well out of range. Poor timing from Carmo. Pulkkinen chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Pulkkinen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carmo.
As Carmo backs off Pulkkinen throws a huge counter combo but Carmo manages to avoid it all. Pulkkinen has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carmo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pulkkinen as he jumps to the side. Carmo blocks a jab. Carmo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Pulkkinen lands with an uppercut that bounces Carmo off the cage and back into range. Pulkkinen scoring well with a low kick there.
Pulkkinen connects with a crisp jab. Pulkkinen scores with a jab. Pulkkinen has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Pulkkinen misses with an attempted mid kick.
Pulkkinen scores with a jab. Carmo acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Pulkkinen cracks Carmo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Carmo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Pulkkinen pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Carmo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sepi Pulkkinen! After winning the bout, Sepi Pulkkinen thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
