Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aaron Buodkai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alistar Uberom!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uberom looks to land a left hand but Buodkai moved out of range nicely.
Buodkai throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Uberom makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Uberom connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Uberom drops his shoulder and cracks Buodkai with a huge uppercut! Buodkai goes down! Can Uberom finish him?
It looks like Aaron Buodkai has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uberom slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Uberom is continuing to stall.
Uberom postures up.
Buodkai on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Buodkai tries to get out of the position.
Uberom sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uberom throws a big right hand that misses.
Uberom seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
The fight stays on the outside here - Buodkai looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Buodkai takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Uberom avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Uberom moves in close and cracks Buodkai with a massive right hand! Buodkai, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Uberom!
