The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Hines as Kadyrov shoots in.
Hines lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Hines displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kadyrov.
Hines moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Hines drops Kadyrov with a left and a right! Oh, Kadyrov is hurt - Hines dives into side control looking to finish!

Kadyrov is rocked!

It looks like Salimat Kadyrov has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hines is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kadyrov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Oh Kadyrov is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kadyrov is breathing heavily.

Kadyrov defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Hines.
Kadyrov seems to have got his legs back now.
Hines lands with some strikes.
Kadyrov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Hines loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Kadyrov scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hines land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hines stands and salutes the crowd.
