Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carlos Suares!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carl Feltz!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Feltz throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Suares on the side of the head.
Feltz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Suares uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Feltz.
Suares keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Feltz.
Feltz paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Suares looks to score with a jab to the body but Feltz is just out of range.
A countering left hand to the body from Feltz misses.
Feltz has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Feltz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Suares has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Suares and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Feltz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suares was well out of range. Poor timing from Feltz.

Feltz digs a good body shot into Suares's ribs.
Suares rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Feltz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Feltz fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Suares checks it well.
Feltz throws a right hand that misses
and Suares counters with a nice uppercut.
Feltz scores with a body shot.

Feltz takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Feltz misses with a telegraphed body shot
enabling Suares to counter with a crisp jab.
Feltz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Suares has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Feltz jabs Suares to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Carl Feltz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Feltz scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
A shot to the body from Feltz misses
letting Suares counter with a right hand.
Feltz misses with a straight right.
Feltz swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Suares counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Feltz thinking.
Suares throws a hook but Feltz blocks it.
Feltz is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Suares rather than just go for the knockout.
Suares takes one to the chin there.
Feltz throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Suares's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Suares pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Feltz jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Feltz getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Feltz throws a wild body kick that Suares sees coming a mile off.
Feltz connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Suares's hands.
Feltz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Feltz tries a head kick but it misses.
Good work by Suares as he checks the leg kick.
A left lands for Feltz.
Suares throws a predictable looking body shot
and Feltz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Suares is rocked!
Feltz cracks Suares with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Suares falls to his knees and Feltz doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carl Feltz!
