Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Taylor (ranked 3423 p4p, 6396 weight class) and Niko Bellic (ranked 366 p4p, 525 weight class). Taylor comes to the cage accompanied by Bad Reputation. Buddy Taylor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.

Taylor takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Bellic swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Bellic tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bellic misses with the combination.
An attempted straight right counter from Taylor misses the target.

Bellic looks to land a left hand but Taylor moved out of range nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bellic walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Bellic throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Taylor bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Taylor throws a looping overhand right but Bellic ducks down to avoid it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bellic lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Taylor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Taylor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bellic stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Taylor.
A bone on bone clash there as Taylor blocks the leg kick.
Taylor is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Taylor swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bellic throws a hook to the side of Taylor's head but Taylor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Bellic moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Taylor tries to clinch but Bellic is having none of it.
Taylor throws a leg kick but Bellic moved away.
Taylor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bellic, pushing him back against the cage.
Taylor throws a head punch that misses.
Bellic breaks the clinch.
Nice defenses there by Bellic.
Taylor throws a one two combo.
Taylor tries to work over Bellic's front leg with a kick but Bellic checks it.
Bellic throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Bellic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Taylor closes the distance and pushes Bellic back into the cage.

The fighters circle momentarily. Bellic darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bellic throws a leg kick that misses.
Bellic takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

and Taylor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bellic feints a jab promting Taylor to slip. Bellic then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Taylor slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Taylor fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bellic on the side of the head.
Bellic is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

After winning the bout, Buddy Taylor thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
