Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between James Adams (ranked 5604 p4p, 118 weight class) and Mark Steve (ranked 1754 p4p, 40 weight class). Adams comes into the arena with Thom Pace - Maybe blaring out of the sound system. Steve comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Its a fine day to whoop somebodies ass kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Steve counters with a left and a right that stings Adams.
Steve has taken the fight to the clinch.
Steve throws a punch but it's blocked by Adams.
Steve lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Adams backwards.
Still in the clinch, Steve scores with a nice short uppercut.

Adams tries to circle away but Steve has him pinned against the ropes.
Steve misses with a punch to the body.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Steve.
Steve throws a head punch that misses.
Steve is trying to push Adams away but Adams has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Steve creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Steve digs a right hand into Adams's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Adams's gas tank.

Steve darts in and clinches Adams up against the ropes.

Adams avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Steve rushes Adams and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Steve breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Adams throws a body shot but no joy.
Steve has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Adams takes a body punch but keeps moving.

and Steve counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Adams thinking.
Steve changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Mark Steve is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Adams takes a swing at Steve's ribcage but misses.
Steve now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Adams throws a poor cross that misses
and Steve counters with a straight right hand.
Adams tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Steve counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Adams on his ass! Adams wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!
Adams is rocked!
Steve throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Steve staggers Adams with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Adams looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Steve is victorious!
