Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Geoff Younger (ranked 3901 p4p, 192 weight class) and Lukas Hooper (ranked 2989 p4p, 156 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Geoff Younger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukas Hooper! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Younger. Younger works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Younger creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Hooper looks to move to half guard but instead Younger has passed into mount! Damn! Hooper takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Hooper is looking to get to half guard. Hooper wants to control but Younger is having none of it. Hooper is looking to get to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hooper takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Younger landing shots from mount. Hooper in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Younger definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. BOOM! Younger connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Younger is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hooper can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Younger avoids the attempt from Hooper to control. Hooper is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Younger is staying active. Hooper working to try and regain half guard.
Younger is landing with some decent strikes but Hooper is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Younger avoids the attempt from Hooper to control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Younger scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Hooper wants to hold on but Younger pushes him away. Hooper manages to regain half guard. Good work. Younger looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Younger seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Younger lands with a punch from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Younger working Hooper over with strikes. Younger working over Hooper with some ground and pound. Hooper looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hooper is trying to maintain the position but Younger is very close to passing his half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Hooper manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Younger lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Younger trying to control but Hooper is working from the bottom. Younger seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hooper trying to control the position.
Younger is working Hooper over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Younger lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Hooper working for a triangle but Younger defends it easily.
Younger wants to control from the top but Hooper keeps moving. Younger looking to sit in guard and control but Hooper gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Geoff Younger dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hooper keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Younger. Hooper gets tackled into the cage by Younger. Younger maintains the clinch. Younger is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hooper can do to turn this around? Hooper is looking for a takedown. Younger is trying to trip Hooper. He has hold of a leg but Hooper is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Younger persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Geoff Younger overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Younger trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Younger trying to control the position from guard on top but Hooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Younger postures up.
We've been informed that Hooper has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Younger scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Younger has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hooper being controlled here, momentarily. Hooper had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Younger defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Younger chips away with some ground and pound. Hooper is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Hooper has his foot on Younger's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Younger works his way back into a safe position though. Younger works over Hooper with some ground and pound from guard. Younger stands up over Hooper, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Hooper has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Younger should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hooper has tightened it up now! Younger should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
