Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Richard Skjold Hansen (ranked 24096 p4p, 606 weight class) and Bryan Callen (ranked 2908 p4p, 319 weight class). Callen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Brandon Schaub . Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 18 - 0, fighting out of New York, Richard Skjold Hansen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bryan Callen! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skjold Hansen thows a left - swing and a miss! Callen slips a straight right by Skjold Hansen. Callen slips a straight right by Skjold Hansen. No joy there for Callen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Skjold Hansen loads up on a big right hand but Callen slips the punch. A nice side step and Callen releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Callen misses with the combination.
Callen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Nice cross by Callen. Skjold Hansen tries to bum rush Callen with a series of wild strikes but Callen uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Callen throws a one two combo.
It looks like Richard Skjold Hansen has been cut. Skjold Hansen needs to keep his hands up - Callen had a free shot at his head there.
Skjold Hansen is rocked! Callen misses with a wild combination.
Oh Skjold Hansen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Skjold Hansen misses with a lunging right hand
and Callen counters with a nice uppercut. Skjold Hansen throws a nice looking combination but Callen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Skjold Hansen seems to have got his legs back now. Callen listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Callen looks to land a combination but Skjold Hansen avoids it well. Callen feints a jab promting Skjold Hansen to slip. Callen then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Skjold Hansen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Callen drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Callen lands a left and a right that send Skjold Hansen crashing to the mat, dazed. Callen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Callen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Skjold Hansen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Callen. Skjold Hansen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Callen. Callen drops Skjold Hansen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Skjold Hansen looks back up at him and smiles so Callen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Callen digs a good body shot into Skjold Hansen's ribs. Callen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Skjold Hansen walks into a left hand. Callen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Skjold Hansen under the eye. Skjold Hansen throws a jab when Callen was well out of range. A little jabbing left from Callen on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A big left from Skjold Hansen misses. Callen scores with a jab to the body. Callen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Skjold Hansen. Callen scores with a jab. Skjold Hansen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skjold Hansen throws a series of punches but Callen moves out of range. Callen is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Skjold Hansen with a body shot. Callen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Callen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Skjold Hansen circles away quickly and effectively. Callen lands with a nice body punch. Nice straight punches there by Callen. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Callen. Richard Skjold Hansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skjold Hansen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Callen. It seemed like Callen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Callen takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Skjold Hansen misses with a left hand and Callen counters with a nice uppercut. Callen scores with the left hand. Skjold Hansen knows he should have avoided that one. Callen jabs Skjold Hansen to the body, keeping him at a distance. Skjold Hansen is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Callen throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Skjold Hansen crashing down! Skjold Hansen tries to stagger back to his feet but Callen just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Skjold Hansen asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bryan Callen!
