Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deacon Frost (ranked 106 p4p, 5 weight class) and Lucas Marston (ranked 496 p4p, 8 weight class). Marston has chosen Bring it on motherfucker as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Deacon Frost ! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
37 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucas Marston! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Lucas Marston has been cut. Frost throws a big shot that misses. Frost closes the distance and clinches. Frost trying to control the position but instead, Marston has worked for underhooks and has pushed Frost into the cage. Frost softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Frost lands a hook to the side of the head. Frost taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Marston keeps control of Frost as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Frost is looking to break free of the clinch but Marston has double underhooks. Frost makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Frost blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Frost moves into the clinch successfully.

Marston looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. A short left from Frost . The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Marston misses with a hook from the clinch. Marston stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Frost is struggling to control the position. A short left from Marston. Marston misses with a hook from the clinch. Frost breaks from the clinch.
Marston throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Marston just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromFrost . A low kick lands for Frost .
Marston tries to score with a low kick but Frost moves his leg out of the way. As Marston looks to move away, Frost throws a big counter combo but Marston just gets out of the way.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danga de danga de dang - Marston scores with a four punch combination! Marston slips a straight right by Frost . Marston lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Frost swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Good leg kick by Marston. Marston misses with a looping left. Marston tries to land a leg kick but Frost saw it coming and moves away.
Frost rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Marston cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Frost getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Marston scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Marston blocks a jab. Marston checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Marston looks like he wants to counter punch here. Marston throws a shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost throws a lazy head kick and Marston counters with a nice uppercut. Frost throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Marston counters with a slapping leg kick. Frost waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Marston. Marston tries a head kick but it misses.
Marston throws an overhand right that lands on Frost 's shoulder, as Frost tries to avoid the shot. Marston throws a big shot that misses. Marston misses with an uppercut
and Frost counters with a nice uppercut. Marston misses with a low kick.
It looked like Frost was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. We've been told by Frost 's head coaches at The Forge that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Marston misses with a body shot.
No joy there for Marston, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Frost misses with a two punch combination.
A countering left hand to the body from Marston misses. Frost uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Marston.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost misses with a hook to the body
and Marston counters with a straight right hand. Marston is looking to score with low kicks. Frost is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Frost avoids the head kick by Marston.
The fighters circle momentarily. Frost darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. This has been an exciting period of action! Marston tries to bum rush Frost with a series of wild strikes but Frost uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Marston scores with a punch to the head. Oooooh!!! Frost has knocked Marston down with a huge combo! Frost steps away and waves a wobbly Marston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Marston is rocked! Marston misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Frost counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Marston falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Deacon Frost ! Deacon Frost retains his super heavyweight title! In his post fight interview, Deacon Frost started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
