Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kotaro Hakku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Hennings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kotaro Hakku! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Hennings! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hennings moves into range and clinches up with Hakku. Hennings has had enough of the clinch but Hakku keeps him there for the moment. Hakku breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hennings moves away from the strike by Hakku. Hakku tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hakku connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hennings's hands. Hennings stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hakku. Hakku gets a clinch. Hakku gets underhooks to prevent Hennings's takedown attempt.
Hakku wants a takedown but no success here.
Hakku can't break the clinch.
Hakku has had enough of the clinch but Hennings keeps him there for the moment. Hennings breaks the clinch.
Hennings tries to clinch up and Hakku counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hennings won't be happy with that. Hennings is trying to get back to half guard. Hakku tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hakku has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Hakku tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Hakku lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Hakku wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hennings, who protects the arm well. Hennings wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hennings throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Hennings tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hakku wants to control but Hennings is keeping him busy. Hennings is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hakku is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hennings has escaped the position, nice work there. Hakku is breathing heavily. Hennings tries to buck Hakku off but Hakku is having none of it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Some wild striking there from Hennings.
Hennings moves in looking to clinch but Hakku pushes him off. Hennings moves in looking to clinch but Hakku pushes him off. Hakku throws out a loose jab but Hennings uses good head movement to avoid it. Nice takedown defense from Hennings. No joy for Hakku on that attempt. Hennings tries to clinch up but Hakku circles away and keeps his distance. Hakku stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hennings. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hakku. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kotaro Hakku. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hennings gets the takedown into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hennings scores with punches from side control. Hakku is trying to get back to half guard. Hennings wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hakku keeps working. Hakku is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hennings off and has taken his back! Hakku struggling to keep hold of the position.
Hakku doesn't have the hooks in and Hennings manages to turn into his guard.
Hennings avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hakku working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hennings doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hennings manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hakku had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hennings is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Hakku Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hennings's back instead. Hennings trying to control but not successfully. Hennings defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Hakku doesn't have the hooks in and Hennings manages to turn into his guard.
Hakku looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Hennings puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hakku tries to get to full guard but Hennings has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kotaro Hakku dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Hakku dodges the punch combination from Hennings.
A jab from Hakku misses. Hakku lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Hennings can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Hakku and Hennings drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Hakku.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kotaro Hakku!
