Kowalski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Buchanan fails to land the takedown.
Kowalski throws a right and a left that both miss.
Buchanan shoots for a takedown but Kowalski saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Buchanan wants to clinch up but Kowalski keeps it at a distance.

Kowalski forces Buchanan back against the cage and clinches.
Buchanan jumps guard but Kowalski turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Buchanan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kowalski smiles and moves away.

Kowalski clinches up with Buchanan and pushes him back against the cage.

Kowalski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Buchanan wants to clinch but Kowalski slips to the side
and Kowalski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kowalski swats away the attempt to clinch by Buchanan.

Buchanan manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kowalski on his heels. He'll look to pass Kowalski's guard now, I'm sure.
Kowalski wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Buchanan manages to pass to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kowalski seems a little lost for a moment, as Buchanan dominates the positioning.

Kowalski looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
