Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Falco Ownz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Cutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cutter has chosen Tristram Villiage as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cutter throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Ownz tries to close the distance and clinch but Cutter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ownz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Cutter has eaten all the pies!
Ownz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Cutter is trying to control but can't.
Ownz throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Cutter is looking to control Ownz's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Cutter avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cutter tries to get to full guard but Ownz has control of the leg.

Ownz seems to be looking for submissions.
Ownz blocks the strikes from Cutter.
Ownz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cutter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cutter cracks the inside of Ownz's front leg.
Jimbo Cutter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ownz blocks a head kick by Cutter.

Cutter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Ownz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cutter swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ownz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Ownz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Cutter drives through and clinches with Ownz against the cage.
Ownz lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Cutter fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ownz.

That was a close second round but I would say that Falco Ownz will probably get the nod.
