The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Stark looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jackson feinted with a counter takedown.
Stark defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jackson.
Jackson darts in looking for a takedown but Stark gets double underhooks and turns Jackson into the ropes.
Horrible takedown attempt by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Stark, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrano Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stark is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Stark circles away and we're back to standing.
Jackson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jackson goes for a double leg but Stark avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Stark continues to drive forward.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stark looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
