Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arjan Bhullar (ranked 35 p4p, 46 weight class) and George Salvador (ranked 5 p4p, 7 weight class). Bhullar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Daniel Cormier - All About That Cake. Arjan Bhullar could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to George Salvador's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, George Salvador!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

and Salvador counters with a one-two to the body.
Salvador misses with a low kick.
Bhullar lands with a shot to the body.

Bhullar gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Salvador has a couple of punches blocked by Bhullar.

Bhullar has clasped his hands together around Salvador's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Bhullar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bhullar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Salvador pushes Bhullar away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bhullar gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Salvador felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Bhullar is looking to take a break and control but Salvador is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Bhullar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Salvador moves away.

Salvador throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Salvador clobbers Bhullar with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Salvador is trying to counter with his kicks.
Salvador connects with a right hand. Bhullar shakes it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Salvador is trying to control Bhullar's posture but Bhullar avoids it.
Bhullar creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Salvador wants to get back to his feet but Bhullar drags him back down.
Salvador is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Salvador is letting Bhullar control him for a moment.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Salvador is trying to buck Bhullar off.
Salvador trying to control but Bhullar flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Salvador is covering up but some of the strikes from Bhullar are getting through and doing damage.
Bhullar is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Salvador up.
Salvador is trying to stand back up.

Salvador is looking to stand back up. He's having to work hard to escape but eventually he manages it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bhullar takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Salvador scores with a head kick. Bhullar tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Bhullar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Salvador moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bhullar misses with an uppercut.
A lazy left from Bhullar finds it's target.
Salvador throws a right and a left that both miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Arjan Bhullar will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bhullar is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Salvador unleashes a big counter combination but Bhullar bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
George Salvador seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Salvador keeps the fight on the outside.
Bhullar misses with a left hand
enabling Salvador to counter with a crisp jab.
Bhullar blocks a low kick nicely.
Salvador displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bhullar throws out the jab.
Bhullar slips a jab and a cross from Salvador.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Salvador lands a nice hook to Bhullar's body. Bhullar takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Salvador throws a head kick that misses.
Salvador will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bhullar bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Salvador goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bhullar rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Salvador counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Salvador lands a big head kick that sends Bhullar tumbling to the mat! Salvador takes a step backwards and waves Bhullar back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bhullar is rocked!
Bhullar gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Salvador points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Bhullar wakes up just in time to hear Salvador thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George Salvador!
After the fight, George Salvador was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
