Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Do Ho Joy (ranked 455 p4p, 431 weight class) and Great Tiger (ranked 60 p4p, 58 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Do Ho Joy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Great Tiger!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

and Ho Joy counters with a right hand to the body.
Tiger misses with a body shot.
Ho Joy tries to land a front kick but Tiger steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Great Tiger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tiger scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Ho Joy gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Tiger is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ho Joy is just riding it out for now. Tiger eventually gives up the hold.
Ho Joy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tiger's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tiger's back!
Ho Joy is trying to stick to Tiger's back but Tiger is turning into Ho Joy. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Ho Joy's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tiger.

Tiger goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ho Joy is on top in guard.

Tiger isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ho Joy stacks Tiger on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ho Joy!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Tiger throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Tiger dives in for a single leg takedown but Ho Joy sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Tiger tests Ho Joy's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tiger misses with a looping right.
Ho Joy misses with an uppercut. Tiger saw that one coming.
Tiger throws a jab but it's blocked by Ho Joy.
Tiger throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Ho Joy looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Tiger dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ho Joy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tiger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tiger ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ho Joy moves away.

Tiger gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Ho Joy counters with a body kick.
Tiger smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ho Joy looks to land a left hand but Tiger moved out of range nicely.

It looks like Great Tiger has been cut.

and Tiger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Tiger closes the distance and clinches up with Ho Joy, looking for a takedown. Tiger pushes Ho Joy against the cage but Ho Joy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ho Joy went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Do Ho Joy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Great Tiger.

Tiger throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ho Joy escapes and throws Tiger's legs to the side, diving into side control!

I think Tiger has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
