Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Philips (ranked 4883 p4p, 1075 weight class) and Jason Bush (ranked 560 p4p, 163 weight class). Bush is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Greedy Fly. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

It looked like Philips was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Philips takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Trevor Philips has been cut.

Philips throws a nice looking combination but Bush bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Philips slips a straight right by Bush.
Bush sends Philips crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bush is motioning to the referee to let Philips up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Philips tries to get into range but Bush steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Philips! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Bush scores the big KO victory!

Jason Bush was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
