Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Frazier (ranked 2495 p4p, 3489 weight class) and Jan Nycz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James Frazier has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Frazier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jan Nycz! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nycz slips a straight right by Frazier. Frazier connects with a body shot. Nice takedown defense from Frazier. No joy for Nycz on that attempt. Nycz tries for a takedown but Frazier sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Nycz darts in looking for a takedown but Frazier gets double underhooks and turns Nycz into the cage. James Frazier has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jan Nycz. Nycz dives in and grabs Frazier's left leg, looking for a takedown. Frazier pushes down on Nycz's head and hops out. Nycz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Frazier keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Nycz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nycz tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Nycz moves out of range of the strikes. Frazier lands a big right hand that sends Nycz crashing to the mat! Frazier stays standing though and waves Nycz back to his feet!
It looks like Jan Nycz has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Frazier throws an overhand right that lands on Nycz's shoulder, as Nycz tries to avoid the shot. Nycz slips a jab from Frazier. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nycz. Frazier defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nycz. Nycz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Frazier throws out the jab. Nycz fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Frazier feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nycz sprawling to the canvas! Nycz rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Frazier finish him?!
Nycz is rocked! Horrible takedown attempt by Nycz or perhaps it was just good defense by Frazier, which made it look bad. Nycz is still on wobbly legs! Can Frazier finish him? Nycz tries to get into range but Frazier steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Nycz! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Frazier scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). James Frazier!
