Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Alfinski (ranked 3554 p4p, 4053 weight class) and Lamar Harris (ranked 356 p4p, 394 weight class). Jerry Alfinski has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Harris doesn't succeed with the takedown

Alfinski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Harris moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Alfinski definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Harris is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Alfinski to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Alfinski shrugs it off.
Harris looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Alfinski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Harris on the ground.

Harris changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alfinski tries to avoid it but Harris manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alfinski to the ground. Alfinski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Alfinski lands a big uppercut and Harris crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Harris looks OK. Alfinski waves Harris back to his feet!

That has opened up Lamar Harris's cut even more.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Alfinski scores with a counter punch that sends Harris to the canvas! Alfinski smells blood - he's punishing Harris with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Harris has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
