Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Child!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Devon Destroyer!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destroyer throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Child sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Destroyer throws a right and a left that Child avoids nicely.
Devon Destroyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Destroyer misses with a few strikes there.
Child avoids the body shot from Destroyer.
No luck for Child with that takedown attempt.
Child slips a straight right by Destroyer.
Destroyer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Child moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Child checks a leg kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Destroyer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

You get the feeling that Destroyer really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Destroyer is trying to stand.
Destroyer bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Mike Child has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Child bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Destroyer's guard.
Destroyer is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Child wants to control from the top but Destroyer keeps moving.
Child postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Destroyer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Child, into his guard.
Devon Destroyer is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Child is working an open guard so Destroyer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight!
Devon Destroyer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Destroyer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
