Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roger De Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 38 - 162 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frito Lei!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lei on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Lei tries a head kick but it misses.
Lei swings for the body but De Santos moves out of range.
Lei gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows De Santos to score an easy takedown into full guard.
De Santos drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and De Santos jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lei can't keep his opponent in guard - De Santos advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
De Santos seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lei is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
