Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boris Krylov (ranked 466 p4p, 1233 weight class) and Antonio Nagashima (ranked 63 p4p, 151 weight class). Nagashima is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: O Rappa- Anjos pra Quem Tem Fe. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boris Krylov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Antonio Nagashima! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Columbo Gatti and Anthony Taglia.

Krylov ducks under a wild hook from Nagashima. Krylov tried to counter with a leg kick but Nagashima avoided it. Krylov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nagashima missing with a left hand there. Krylov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A quick step to the side and Krylov tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Krylov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nagashima counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Boris Krylov has been cut. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krylov scores with a jab to the body. A solid leg kick lands there for Krylov.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Krylov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Nagashima misses with a body shot
and Krylov counters with a straight right hand. Nagashima throws a looping overhand right but Krylov ducks down to avoid it. Nagashima swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Krylov counters with a stiff right hand. Krylov throws a body shot but no joy. Nagashima looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Nagashima keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Krylov looks to land a body kick but Nagashima moved away. Krylov lands a jab to Nagashima's midsection. That kick from Krylov tenderised Nagashima's leg. Nagashima is trying to keep his angry face on. Krylov connects with a good right hand that stumbles Nagashima. Nagashima circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
That has opened up Antonio Nagashima's cut even more. Krylov misses with a wild body shot. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd cheers as Krylov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nagashima doesn't seem phased though. Krylov throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nagashima counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boris Krylov dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Krylov misses with a low kick. Krylov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

and Krylov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nagashima has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Krylov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nagashima can do to turn this around?

Krylov wants to slow Nagashima down by chopping away at his legs. Nagashima looks like he wants to counter punch here. Nagashima ducks under a wild hook from Krylov. As Krylov backs off Nagashima throws a huge counter combo but Krylov manages to avoid it all. Krylov throws a front kick that sends Nagashima stumbling back into the cage. Nagashima pushing out the jab but it's not landing. An attempted straight right counter from Krylov misses the target. Krylov misses with a wild combination.

Krylov looks to land a combination but Nagashima avoids it well. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Nagashima! But no joy. Krylov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nagashima. Nagashima connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Krylov connects with a high kick. Nagashima misses with an uppercut
enabling Krylov to counter with a crisp jab. Krylov throws a quick inside leg kick. Nagashima might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Krylov tries to score with a low kick but Nagashima moves his leg out of the way. Nagashima let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. No joy there for Krylov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A little jabbing left from Nagashima on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Krylov thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Nagashima if he has to take too many more of those.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Nagashima throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Krylov lands a jab.
The cut above Antonio Nagashima's eye is starting to cause him problems now. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Krylov here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Krylov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nagashima's jab looks to have found its range, popping Krylov under the eye.
Jeez, Boris Krylov's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Whack! Krylov lands a heavy head kick that drops Nagashima. The ref tackles Krylov to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Nagashima was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Boris Krylov! Boris Krylov tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
