Van Holt feints a jab promting Oka to slip. Van Holt then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Oka slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Van Holt tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Oka drops down looking for a counter takedown but Van Holt sprawls and moves away.
A nice combination there by Van Holt.
Van Holt moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Van Holt lands a lovely overhand right.
Oka decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oka is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Oka is looking for a kimura here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oka maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Van Holt could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Oka has cracked it and Van Holt is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Oka!
