Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wekar Robson (ranked 25374 p4p, 7204 weight class) and Nick Dormmamu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wekar Robson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Dormmamu! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Robson. Beautiful body shot. Dormmamu stuffs the takedown attempt from Robson. Robson gets slowly back to his feet. Dormmamu drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Robson defends it well. No luck with that takedown attempt from Robson. Dormmamu manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Robson on his heels. He'll look to pass Robson's guard now, I'm sure. Dormmamu stands and throws Robson's legs to the side, diving into side control. Robson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Dormmamu asserts his dominance and retains side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dormmamu tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Robson is being controlled here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dormmamu wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Dormmamu decides to stand up, so the ref orders Robson to his feet. Robson doesn't manage to clinch there - Dormmamu circles away.
Dormmamu scores with a spinning back kick! Dormmamu clinches. Dormmamu has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Robson uses from the top position. Robson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Dormmamu is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robson tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Dormmamu prevents Robson from improving his position. Dormmamu stands up out of the half guard. No joy there for Dormmamu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dormmamu gets a clinch. Dormmamu gets control of Robson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dormmamu will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dormmamu has control of Robson's left arm, preventing Robson from doing any damage. Robson trying to control but Dormmamu is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Robson is fighting to break Dormmamu's control of his arms but Dormmamu is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Robson wants to control from the top but Dormmamu keeps moving. Dormmamu controlling Robson's posture. Robson tries to free his leg and advance position but Dormmamu is retaining full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Robson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dormmamu counters by clinching up. Robson is trying to maintain a safe position but Dormmamu gets an underhook and turns Robson into the cage. Robson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wekar Robson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Robson is breathing heavily. Dormmamu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Robson throws out a loose jab but Dormmamu uses good head movement to avoid it. Dormmamu looking to score a takedown here. Robson is defending well but Dormmamu drives through and ends up in Robson's guard. Dormmamu gets to his feet. Robson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The fight moves into the clinch position. Robson trying to stall but Dormmamu improves his position.

Nick Dormmamu dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Robson punishes Dormmamu's body with a nice straight punch. Dormmamu moves into range and clinches up with Robson. Dormmamu crunches a lovely knee into Robson's ribcage. Dormmamu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Dormmamu throws a right and a left that Robson avoids nicely. A momentary lapse in concentration from Robson enables Dormmamu to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Robson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Robson is wriggling around but Dormmamu manages to pass to half guard.
Dormmamu looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dormmamu escapes and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dormmamu goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Robson wants to clinch. Robson slips a jab from Dormmamu. The fight stays on the outside here - Robson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dormmamu feints the counter takedown. Robson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dormmamu moves into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robson takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Wekar Robson has been cut. Dormmamu gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Robson regains guard.
Dormmamu looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Let's hope that Dormmamu has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dormmamu makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Dormmamu is stalling in the full guard. Dormmamu stands up from Robson's guard - Dormmamu perhaps looking for a knockout. Dormmamu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dormmamu walks into a jab. Dormmamu throws a head kick that Robson semi-blocks.
Robson tries for a takedown but Dormmamu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Dormmamu feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Nick Dormmamu has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Robson has an active guard here but Dormmamu has managed to pass into half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dormmamu takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

As Robson backs off Dormmamu throws a huge counter combo but Robson manages to avoid it all.

"I don't think so" says Dormmamu as he avoids it easily. Dormmamu manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Robson on his heels. He'll look to pass Robson's guard now, I'm sure. Robson is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Dormmamu presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dormmamu gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Robson.

Robson wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Dormmamu shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Robson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dormmamu in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dormmamu pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Robson is keeping the position for now. Dormmamu slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dormmamu decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Robson, up you get! Wekar Robson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nick Dormmamu is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Robson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dormmamu backs up against the cage.
And that's the end of the fight! Nick Dormmamu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dormmamu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
