Vino has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mardle is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Vino is trying to drag Mardle to the mat but Mardle just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Clinched against the cage, Vino lands a big elbow that drops Mardle! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Mardle is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sanfino Vino!
Sanfino Vino made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'One trick Pony thinks his taking my belt home lol'.
