Rader looks to land a right hand but Juti moved out of range.

Rader is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Juti is trying to control Rader's posture. Rader takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Juti! Rader is rotating here... this could be the end... Juti is out! Rader has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
