Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and David Hoff.

Guzman throws the left hand but White avoids the punch easily.
An attempted straight right counter from White misses the target.
The fighters circling - Guzman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A counter left hand to the body from White misses its target.
Guzman throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Guzman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Guzman throws a left and a right that both miss
and White counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
White seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Guzman misses with a looping left.

Guzman swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and White counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
White uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Guzman.
Guzman misses the jab.
Ovido Guzman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Guzman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Guzman swings widly with a right hand
and White connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
White throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Ovido Guzman has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
White ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
White steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Guzman.
Guzman closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Guzman misses with a lunging right hand
and White connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
White has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
White scores with a hook.
Guzman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

White throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
White is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
White bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Guzman's head.
Guzman is rocked!
Guzman walks straight into a right hand from White - that's dropped him! White jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Guzman from any more punishment! Guzman complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
