Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Sheedy (ranked 1285 p4p, 1357 weight class) and Samuel Turbitt (ranked 154 p4p, 162 weight class). Turbitt has chosen Tell Me Ma as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kevin Sheedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Samuel Turbitt!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.

Turbitt ducks right into an uppercut from Sheedy.
Turbitt misses with a wild body shot.
Turbitt swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Turbitt swings for the body but Sheedy moves out of range.
Turbitt throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sheedy lands a jab to Turbitt's midsection.
Kevin Sheedy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turbitt takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Turbitt throws a nice looking combination but Sheedy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Turbitt throws a series of punches but Sheedy moves out of range.
Sheedy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sheedy stuns Turbitt with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sheedy scores with the left hand. Turbitt knows he should have avoided that one.
Turbitt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sheedy.
Sheedy swings for the body but Turbitt moves out of range.
Turbitt changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Turbitt lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Sheedy throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Turbitt throws a series of strikes that have Sheedy backpedaling.
Sheedy lands a really nice looking cross but Turbitt seems unphased.
Sheedy digs a good hook to Turbitt's body.

Sheedy fails to land with a series of punches.
Turbitt now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
A punch combination from Sheedy misses.
A solid body kick from Sheedy.
Sheedy lands a jab to the nose.
Jab, jab by Sheedy - just one landing.
Sheedy connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Turbitt momentarily.

Sheedy has Turbitt up against the cage in a clinch.
Turbitt takes a shot to the head.
Sheedy misses with a hook from the clinch.
Turbitt is trying to pull guard but Sheedy has him pressed against the cage.
Sheedy fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A head punch on the inside from Sheedy fails to land.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Turbitt tries to pull guard but Sheedy forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Sheedy.
Sheedy lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Stalling in the clinch from Sheedy.
Sheedy is struggling to control the position.
Sheedy seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Turbitt has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sheedy uses from the top position.

Sheedy tries to free his leg and advance position but Turbitt is retaining full guard.
Sheedy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Turbitt looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sheedy won't allow Turbitt to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Turbitt has Sheedy pulled in close to control his posture.
Sheedy tries to free his leg and advance position but Turbitt is retaining full guard.
Sheedy is fighting to break Turbitt's control of his arms but Turbitt is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Sheedy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Turbitt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sheedy has managed to get both his arms back between Turbitt's legs - danger averted.

Turbitt is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Sheedy frees his head nicely. Oh but Turbitt has switched to an armbar! Sheedy is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
