Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Brandt (ranked 1643 p4p, 1767 weight class) and Abel Graves (ranked 217 p4p, 224 weight class). Graves has chosen Deadsoul Tribe - A Flight on an Angels Wing as his entrance music. Abel Graves is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Viktor Brandt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Abel Graves! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice leg kick lands there from Graves. Graves listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Graves has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Brandt is landing a low percentage of strikes. A slapping leg kick lands for Graves.
Brandt shoots for a takedown but Graves saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Graves scores with a leg kick.
Graves wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Abel Graves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Graves lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Brandt has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Island Training Centre in the buildup to the fight. Graves scores with a jab. Graves's jab looks to have found its range, popping Brandt under the eye. Graves lands with an uppercut that bounces Brandt off the cage and back into range. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Graves dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Graves lands a body shot.
Brandt throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Graves moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Graves lands a body shot.
Graves keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Brandt fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Graves to the ground. Brandt is now in Graves's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Graves is looking for a triangle here but Brandt uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Brandt working away. Brandt staying calm. Graves gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Graves tries to reverse the position but Brandt maintains control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brandt wants to finish this one by submission but Graves is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Brandt. Graves working to try and regain half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Graves avoids a series of strikes thrown by Brandt.
Brandt controlling the position easily from mount. Brandt tries to control but Graves wriggling away. Brandt wants to take his opponent's back but Graves doesn't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Graves is just holding on here. Brandt manages to take his back.
Brandt gets his hands free as Graves looks to control. Brandt trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
What can Graves do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Brandt controls the position. Graves manages to scramble and ends up in full guard, under a barage of strikes . Great composure from Graves. Brandt controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Brandt in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Graves throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Graves pulls Brandt in to control the position. Brandt preventing the sweep. Graves is controlling Brandt's posture. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Abel Graves dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Brandt walks into a left hand. Graves scores with a hook. Viktor Brandt is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Brandt with a lazy takedown attempt and Graves counters with a lovely shot to the body. Brandt fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Graves, pushing him back against the cage. Graves lands a left hand.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Graves. Graves struggles to land a body shot inside as Brandt controls his hands.
Graves lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Graves lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Brandt or not. A right hand to the body from Graves.
Brandt takes a shot to the head. Graves working some nice short punches in the clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Graves works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

That's one minute gone in the round. Graves scores with a nice hook to the head. A shot in the inside from Graves. Graves lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Brandt backwards. Graves lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Brandt backwards. Graves working some nice short punches in the clinch. Graves lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Graves drops Brandt onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Brandt is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

It looks like Viktor Brandt has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A short uppercut from Graves. Oh Brandt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Graves lands on the inside with an uppercut. Graves has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Graves lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Brandt backwards. Graves lands a hook that snaps the head of Brandt backwards. Graves lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Brandt to his knees! Graves keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
