Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bob Spano (ranked 7105 p4p, 2905 weight class) and Neil Nucombe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spano comes to the cage accompanied by Seven Nation Army. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bob Spano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Neil Nucombe! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nucombe comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Spano is looking to clinch. Nucombe defending well as Spano loads up on a big left hand. Bob Spano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nucombe punishes Spano's body with a nice straight punch. Spano drives through and clinches with Nucombe against the cage.
Nucombe throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Spanos head. Nucombe tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Spano's elbow. Spano blocking some punches.

Spano blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Nucombe throws a punch but it's blocked by Spano. Nucombe lands with a short head shot on the inside. Nucombe lands a right hand that snaps the head of Spano backwards. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nucombe lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Spano misses with a hook from the clinch. Spano tries to throw a body punch but Nucombe avoids it by throwing Spano back against the cage. Nucombe blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Spano has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Nucombe lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Nucombe lands with a left to the head. A short right from Nucombe. Nucombe lands with a light punch inside.
Spano is rocked! Nucombe working the clinch nicely. Spano is working for position but Nucombe cracks him with a big knee to the head! Spano crumples up against the cage and Nucombe lands two more shots before the ref can save Spano! This one is all over!
