It seemed like Sith was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Sith has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Johansson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sith uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johansson.

Johansson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sith.
