Morgan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Black Out looks to land a combination but Morgan avoids it well.
Morgan tests Black Out's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Black Out shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Morgan as he jumps to the side.
Donk. Morgan catches Black Out right on the button with a cross.
Black Out goes for a double leg but Morgan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morgan continues to drive forward.
Josh Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Black Out tries to sprawl but Morgan drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Morgan's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Morgan wants to work for an arm triangle but Black Out is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Black Out is trying to control Morgan's posture. Morgan takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Black Out! Morgan is rotating here... this could be the end... Black Out is out! Morgan has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
