Zaidi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Arones looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Zaidi wants to control but Arones is keeping him busy.

My spies in VenDettaGYM inform me that Zaidi has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Zaidi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Arones has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Zaidi is looking to defend but Arones has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Zaidi! Arones pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Zaidi taps out and this one is all over!
