Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ogre Emele (ranked 3745 p4p, 2932 weight class) and Alan Oh (ranked 196 p4p, 0 weight class). Ogre Emele has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ogre Emele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alan Oh! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.

Emele manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Oh wants to control from the top but Emele keeps moving. Oh might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Emele haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Oh trying to stand up but can't free himself from Emele's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Emele tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oh got a little sloppy there for a moment and Emele has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! That's three minutes gone in the round. Oh gets full guard. Emele preventing the sweep. Oh controls Emele momentarily but Emele frees himself. Oh should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Emele drops back looking for a leg! Oh is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Oh manages to kick Emele off! Emele jumps back into Oh's guard. Oh has Emele pulled in close to control his posture.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Emele drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Oh dives on top into guard. Oh slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Emele keeping moving, preventing Oh from controlling successfully. Emele really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Oh advances position into side control! A lull in the action here as Oh stalls from top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alan Oh dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Emele stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Emele wants it to stay on the feet. Emele was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Oh pulls Emele in close to his closed guard and prevents Emele from doing any damage or advancing position. Emele is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Oh is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Oh has escaped and now he's on top!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Oh trying to control but Emele is working from the bottom. Alan Oh has got the better of the ground game so far. Emele looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Oh trying to control the position from guard on top but Emele is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ogre Emele dominated that second round. That's time! Emele's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round! Oh tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Emele counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Oh wants to stand back up but Emele manages to pass into side control.
Emele thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A control attempt from Oh but he's now mounted! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oh is working to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emele swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Oh is now in Emele's guard. A big mistake from Emele there, giving up the dominant position! Oh is working for a kimura but Emele is defending it quite comfortably.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Oh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Emele swivels though and keeps the full guard. Oh looking to sit in guard and control but Emele gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Oh not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ogre Emele. I think Emele has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
