The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramirez moves away from the strike by Ponka.
Ponka rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ramirez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ramirez slips under a jab.
Ramirez moves in looking to clinch but Ponka pushes him off.
Ramirez tries to clinch up but Ponka circles away and keeps his distance.
Ponka pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Ponka swats away the attempt to clinch by Ramirez.
Ramirez avoids a punch combination nicely.
A decent looking cross lands there for Ponka.
Ponka misses with a straight right.
Ponka feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ramirez sprawling to the canvas! Ramirez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ponka finish him?!
Ramirez is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ponka looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ponka grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Ramirez takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Ponka cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
