Achashverosh throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sergeev on the side of the head.

Sergeev throws a leg kick but Achashverosh sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Achashverosh lands a big right hand that sends Sergeev crashing to the mat! Achashverosh stays standing though and waves Sergeev back to his feet!

It looks like Ivan Sergeev has been cut.
Achashverosh cracks Sergeev with a left hook right on the temple and Sergeev goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Achashverosh lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Sergeev is OK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Melchior Achashverosh!
Melchior Achashverosh spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
