Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Remang Rtyaer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marko Kerru! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kerru shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Kerru sitting in guard, not really doing much. Kerru landing some decent shots from guard. Kerru is working Rtyaer over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Rtyaer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kerru is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. We've been hearing good reports from Rtyaer's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Kerru landing some decent shots from guard. Kerru looking to control the position here, rather than advance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rtyaer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kerru scoring with some ground and pound.

Rtyaer is rocked! Kerru slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Rtyaer is breathing heavily. Kerru working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Kerru content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kerru closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rtyaer did well to prevent Kerru getting side control. Kerru looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. It looks like Kerru might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kerru seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kerru connects with a nice short shot to Rtyaer's temple. Kerru with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kerru looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rtyaer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Kerru content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Kerru scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Kerru lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Kerru scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rtyaer controlling the position for now. Kerru is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Kerru is taking a breather. Rtyaer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Kerru lands with a punch from half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kerru trying to control the pace. Kerru slips a nice elbow through Rtyaer's hands, connecting with Rtyaer's forehead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marko Kerru dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rtyaer gets caught napping as Kerru dives in and scores a takedown. Rtyaer manages to retain guard. Kerru lands a couple of elbows. Oh Rtyaer is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kerru landing with the ground and pound. Kerru working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Kerru keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rtyaer's head. Rtyaer wants to sweep but no luck. Kerru scoring with punches to the head and body. Rtyaer can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kerru controls the pace. Kerru lands a couple of elbows. Kerru not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kerru is continuing to stall. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kerru stands up over Rtyaer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kerru stays in close to Rtyaer's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kerru lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Kerru controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Kerru's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Kerru has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kerru landing with the ground and pound. Kerru scoring with punches to the head and body. Kerru stays in close to Rtyaer's body and controls the position. Kerru postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Rtyaer covers up, he's hurt! Kerru keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Kerru and the ref steps in to end the fight! Kerru can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
