Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Rees (ranked 3813 p4p, 4061 weight class) and Jeffree Starr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vincent Rees!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeffree Starr!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rees lunges at Starr with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Starr's hand.
Rees fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Starr looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rees just misses with a punch to the body.
Starr loads up on a big right hand but Rees slips the punch.
Starr ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rees moves away.
Starr moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Starr takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Starr feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Reess jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Starr rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rees counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rees staying out of range there.
Rees was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Starr connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rees scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Rees takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Starr throws a lazy uppercut
and Rees counters with a stiff right hand.
Rees takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Starr throws a jab when Rees was well out of range.
Starr throws a shot from downtown. Rees moves away and avoids it.
Rees takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Starr clobbers Rees with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Starr misses with a looping right.
Rees throws an off balance right hand
and Starr counters with a stiff right hand.

Rees is rocked!
Starr walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Rees drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Starr swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Rees's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeffree Starr!
