Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eugenio Conolly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Omega El Guapo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conolly comes to the cage accompanied by Rolling Stones - Satisfaction. The crowd seem to be enjoying El Guapo's choice of entrance music: You Call My Name. Eugenio Conolly could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Omega El Guapo's chin.

Conolly misses with a straight right.
Conolly gets caught flat footed, as El Guapo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

El Guapo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

El Guapo slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Conolly tries to buck El Guapo off but El Guapo is having none of it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

El Guapo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Conolly decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Conolly would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Conolly is really struggling to control El Guapo but he's trying to hold on to the position.
El Guapo had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Conolly is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. El Guapo Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Conolly's back instead.

Conolly is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake El Guapo off. It looks like it's working - El Guapo slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Conolly displaying calm under pressure there.
Conolly shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Conolly wants to stand but El Guapo has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
El Guapo works his way to full guard. Good work.

Conolly is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
El Guapo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Conolly's face.

That's time! Conolly's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
El Guapo swats away the attempt to clinch by Conolly.
Conolly fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Conolly tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but El Guapo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

El Guapo is looking for the choke from the back position but Conolly is controlling his hands well.

El Guapo is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Conolly. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
El Guapo throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Conolly!

El Guapo is riding his opponent, not letting Conolly buck him off.

El Guapo working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Conolly is doing well to defend. El Guapo seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Conolly is forced to tap and this one is over!
