Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Dwan Diego (ranked 15867 p4p, 17003 weight class) and Fleece Johnson (ranked 698 p4p, 703 weight class). Diego's entrance music is Jiu Jitsu. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Diego throws a jab when Johnson was well out of range.
Johnson lands with an uppercut that bounces Diego off the ropes and back into range.
Diego tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

I was talking to Diego's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
