A shot to the liver by Fitzgerald. Beautiful body shot.
Fitzgerald swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rayne counters with a nice body shot.
Fitzgerald waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Rayne.
Fitzgerald looks to land a right hand but Rayne moved out of range.
Fitzgerald showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rayne.
Fitzgerald avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rayne smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Fitzgerald lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Fitzgerald misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A little feinted left hand from Rayne on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Rayne on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Fitzgerald scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Rayne is rocked!

Rayne fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Fitzgerald! Rayne is backing up but he can't get away as Fitzgerald lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Rayne and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Post fight, Greg Fitzgerald took to the microphone: 'I took this fight on short notice because I knew it wouldn't be a problem. I knew he couldn't stand with me! No one at 145 can stand with me! These featherweights are a joke! Nuttin but paychecks! Get me my title shot!'.
