De Armas tries to clinch but Fuerte moves away
and Fuerte counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
De Armas gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! De Armas tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Fuerte is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and De Armas buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves De Armas!! De Armas is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Fuerte throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Farto Fuerte!
