Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Simon Headley (ranked 7569 p4p, 6874 weight class) and Roberto Galves (ranked 600 p4p, 570 weight class). Headley comes into the arena with Pharaohe Monch - Simon Says blaring out of the sound system. Roberto Galves has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

Galves throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Headley changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Headley tries to bum rush Galves with a series of wild strikes but Galves uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Galves tries a head kick but it misses.
Headley drives through and clinches with Galves against the cage.
Headley ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Headley no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Headley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Headley cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
