Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Obama Care (ranked 3871 p4p, 4581 weight class) and Duncan McCockiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Duncan McCockiner was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Duncan McCockiner! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCockiner misses with a takedown attempt and Care counters with a left to the body. McCockiner with a poor takedown and Care moves into the clinch. Care drags the fight down to the ground.

McCockiner controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Care on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Care tries to get out of the position. McCockiner tries to free his leg and advance position but Care is retaining full guard. McCockiner in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Care is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McCockiner sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Care's guard. McCockiner controlling the action here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Care tries to get to full guard but McCockiner has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCockiner is working for a kimura but Care is defending it quite comfortably.
McCockiner lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. McCockiner is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Care is looking for a sweep. McCockiner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. McCockiner passes the guard and advances to mount! Care tries to lock up and control but McCockiner gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. McCockiner controlling from mount. Care in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. McCockiner working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Care looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by McCockiner! Submission of the night perhaps?
